Z Gallerie Credit Card provides its customers a convenient online portal using which they can log in, make payments and activate a card. Login is secured by the Comenity Bank. The payment system for the card is flexible and cardholders can benefit from the product reviews, private sales and get exclusive discounts on purchases.

The login process is easy and just takes a few minutes. Once you are logged you can view transaction history, set up an auto debit, sign up for paperless statements and update account information. Read below and you will be assisted through the login and bill payment procedure.

How to Login

Step 1- Visit the sign in homepage (d.comenity.net) of the Z Gallerie. Once the web page opens look for the “Sign In” section towards the left of the screen.

Step 2– Provide your username and password in the blank spaces and then select “Sign In”. If the credentials entered are correct you will be navigated to your account console.

Forgot User Name/ Password

Step 1– Customers who fail to recall their username or password must navigate to the sign-in home page of the Z Gallerie. Click on the “Forgot your username or password?” link which is located towards the bottom of the Sign In widget.

Step 2– Next you will be taken ahead to a new web page where you need to confirm your identity with the following details.

• Credit Card Account Number or Username
• ZIP Code / Postal Code
• Select Identification Type
• Last 4 Numbers of Social Security Number

Step 3– Once you have provided the above-mentioned information click on the Find My Account” button to proceed with the recovery.

Make Payments

Step 1– In order to pay your credit card bills the user will have to log into his/ her online account following the steps provided above. After the account dashboard opens you will find the “Payments” tab. Click on it and you will be guided through the payment procedure

Step 2– The customer can also authorize an auto debit. This will let the credit card company directly collect the money from the bank without any hassle.
