Westpac Low Rate Credit Card provides a user-friendly online portal for its customers using which they can log in, pay bills and activate a card. It is a low rate master card with 1% interest per annum on purchases. The balance transfer fee is 0% p.a. for 18 months.

The online login services enable the cardholders to view reward points, set account alerts, view transaction history, and update account information. The credit card is backed by the Westpac Banking Corporation. The login process is simple and easy just follow the guidelines provided below and have a nice time accessing your credit card account online.

How to Login

Step 1– In order to log into your online account, you must navigate to the homepage (westpac.com) of the Westpac Low Rate Credit Card. Once the web page opens look for the “Sign in” button towards the top right of the screen.

Step 2– Click on it and you will be directed to the login page. Enter your customer ID and password in the blank spaces and then click “Sign In”.

Forgot Customer ID or Password

Step 1– If a cardholder forgets his/ her customer id or password then they should select the “Forgot customer ID or password” link which is located at the bottom of the sign in page. (For direct access to the account reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Check the Forgot Customer ID option which is located on the top of the web page. To reset your Customer ID enter the following details:

• Westpac card number
• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth

Step 3– To reset your password check the “Forgot Password” option and then enter your customer id and date of birth in the respective boxes below.

Make Payment

Step 1– In order to pay your credit card bills online, you must log into your account following the steps mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab on the account dashboard.

Step 2– The customer can also authorize an auto debit that enables the credit card company to directly collect the bills from the bank without much hassle.

Activate Card

Step 1– To activate your newly received Westpac Low Rate Credit Card call at 1300 655 505 and then provide your card details.
