Virgin America Credit Card offers its card members with an easy to use online portal using which they can log in, pay credit card bills and activate a card. The credit card is issued by the Comenity Bank. The login portal is same for both Visa Signature and Premier Visa Signature. It is a point reward card that allows you to earn Elevate bonus points and 3 reward points per $1 spent.

Logging into your online account you can make payments, sign up for electronic statements, set account reminders, view transaction history, and update account information. You can easily access your credit card account online, you just need to provide your username and password handy and you are ready to go. How to Login

Step 1– Navigate to the login homepage (d.comenity.net) of the Virgin America and then look for the Sign In section towards the top left of the webpage.

Step 2– Fill in your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Sign In”.

Forgot User Name or Password

Step 1– In order to reset your password, you must open the login homepage of the Virgin America. Once the web page opens you will find the “Forgot your username or password?” link at the bottom of the “Sign In” section, as pictured below. Step 2– Enter the following information to confirm identity and retrieve login credentials:

• Credit Card Account Number or User Name
• ZIP Code / Postal Code
• Select Identification Type
• Last 4 Numbers of Social Security Number

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your credit card bills online log into your account following the guidelines provided above. Once you are directed to the account dashboard you will find the “Payments” button.

Step 2– The cardholder can set an auto debit payment method which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from your registered bank account without having to go through too much trouble.

 Activate Card

Step 1– To activate your newly received Virgin America Credit Card open the activation page of the credit card.

Step 2– In order to begin the activation enter the following details:

• Credit Card Account Number
• Expiration Date
• Identification Type
• Last 4 Digits of Social Security
• Zip Code/ Postal Code
