The credit card is backed by the Synchrony Bank for the customers of the Value Plus Credit Card. Managing your credit card account online is convenient and easy. You can instantly gain access to your online account using your username and password. Once logged in you can view account statements, monitor account activities, request additional cards, sign up for electronic statements and update account. How to Login
Step 1– Open the login homepage (mysynchrony.com) of the Value City Furniture Value Plus Credit Card. On the top right corner of the webpage, you will find the “Log In” button.
Step 2- Click on it and the login window will appear on the screen. Enter your User Name and Password in the respective boxes and then click “Secure Login”.
Forgot User Name
Step 1– If you have lost your User Name then you can proceed to the login homepage and then select the link that reads as “Find User Name” located at the bottom left of the Secure Login button, as shown in the picture below. (For direct access to the username reset page, click here Link).
Step 2– Enter your Account Number, Last 4 digits of SSN and Date of Birth to find your username.
Forgot Password
Step 1– In order to retrieve your login password visit the login page of the Value City and then select the “Reset Password” link which is located at the bottom right of the login section, as pictured below.
Step 2– Provide your User Name, Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number and Date of Birth to reset the password.
Make Payment
Step 1– The online portal offered by the Value City has simplified the bill payment process, the customer just needs to log into his/her online account following the guidelines mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Make Payment” option which will direct you to the secure payment page.
Step 2– You can ease the bill payment process by setting an auto pay system. This lets the credit card company directly collect the bill from your bank account.

Step 1– In order to activate a newly received credit card call at 1-800-677-0718 and then provide your card details.
