UMB Visa Credit Card offers its customers with online login and bill payment facilities. It is a rewards credit card with a wide range of bonus 2 points per $1 spent on gas, groceries and other discounts at the UMB Stores.

Logging into your online account you can activate a newly received credit card, check reward points, retrieve username/ password and set account alerts. Using the online portal cardholders can conveniently log into their online account just by entering their username and password on the login web page. How to Login

Step 1– In order to log into your online account, you should navigate to the homepage (umb.com) of the UMB and then locate the “Login” button towards the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2– Click on it and a pop-up will appear on the screen. Enter your User ID in the blank space and then click “Next”.

Step 3– Enter your password on the next page to access your account dashboard.

Forgot ID

Step 1– Cardholders who have lost their User ID should open the homepage of the UMB and then click on the “Forgot User ID?” link which is situated at the bottom of the login pop up.

Step 2– Next you will be taken ahead to forgotten id page. You will be required to choose the type of account you wish to use to identify yourself to UMB. After selecting your account type you will be required to provide specific information so that bank recognizes you as a valid owner of your account.

Forgot Password

Step 1– In order to retrieve your password a cardholder must contact the bank at 800.860.4UMB (4862).

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay credit card bill online, log into your online account following the steps mentioned above. Once logged in, you will find the payments tab which will direct you through the procedure.

Step 2– The customer can set up an auto debit which enables the credit card company directly collect the bills from the bank.
