Toyota Credit Card has developed a secure web portal through which its cardholders can log in, make payment and activate a card. The credit card is issued by the Comenity Bank for the Toyota Customers that enhances their ownership. Using the credit card at the Toyota dealerships you can earn 5 points per $1 spent which can be later redeemed towards the purchase of parts and service.

Logging into your online account you can view and print account statements, view recent transactions, update account details, add an authorized user, set email alerts and monitor account activities. You can easily gain access to your online account, all you have to do is keep your username and password handy. We have eased the login and bill payment process for you through the guidelines provided below.

How to Login

Step 1– In order to log into your credit card account, you must visit the login homepage (d.comenity.net) of the Toyota. Once the web page opens you will find the Sign In section towards the top left of the screen.

Step 2– Fill in your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Sign In”.

Forgot User Name or Password

Step 1– Sometimes the cardholders fail to recall their login credentials. If such mishap happens navigate to the login homepage of the Toyota and then select the “Forgot your username or password?” link situated at the bottom of the sign in section, as pictured below. Step 2– To find your account and confirm identity provide the following information:

• Credit Card Account Number or User Name
• ZIP Code / Postal Code
• Choose Identification Type
• Last 4 Numbers of Social Security Number

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your credit card bill you must log into your credit card through the login homepage. Use the ‘Make a Payment’ button located on the account dashboard right after you log in.

Step 2– The user can set an auto debit that enables the automatic deduction of the amount from your checking or savings account on the due date.

Activate Card

Step 1– For activating a newly received Toyota Credit Card go to the credit card’s homepage and then click on the “Activate Card” button located on the top of the web page, as shown in the picture below. (For directly approaching the activation page, use this Link).

Step 2– Complete the Primary Cardmember Information section with the requested details and then press “Continue” to proceed with the activation.
