How to Login in your Credit Card Account

Step 1– Visit the homepage (suntrust.com) of the SunTrust and then look for the “Sign On” button located towards the top right corner of the web page.

Step 2– Click on it and a login section will appear on the screen. Enter your User ID and Password in the blank spaces and then click on the orange button.

Forgot User ID/ Password

Step 1– Cardholders who have lost their login credentials must open the login homepage of the SunTrust and then select the link that reads “Forgot User ID/ Password?” as pictured below. (For direct access to the account reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Next, you will be directed to the user id and password reset page. Select the option that applies to you and then press “Next”.

Step 3– Enter the requested information and the credit card company will provide you with new login credentials.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your SunTrust Platinum Elite Credit Card bill online the user should first to log into his/ her credit card account following the guidelines mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” button on the account dashboard.

Step 2– You can also set up an auto debit that allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from your checking or savings account.
