Stein Mart Credit Card provides its cardholders with online login and bill payment services. The credit card is issued by the Synchrony Bank. Using the credit card for making purchases at the Stein Mart departmental stores you will receive discounts and incentives that enhance your shopping experience. It is a point rewards credit card that provides you with 1 point per $1 spent.

The online Stein Mart Credit Services enable the holders the 24×7 control over the account. Once logged in you can check balance, view transaction history, sign up for paperless statements, update account information and set account reminders. Read below to find out how to log in and pay your credit card bills online.

How to Login

Step 1– Navigate to the login homepage (steinmartcredit.com) of the Stein Mart and then search for the Cardmember Login section towards the top left of the page, as pictured below.

Step 2– Enter your User ID in the blank space and then click “Log In”.

Step 3– Next, you will be directed to a new webpage where you are required entering your password.

Forgot Password

Step 1– Customers who have lost their login password must visit the password reset page of the Stein Mart.

Step 2– Enter your Account Number and then click “Next” to proceed to the validation page. Once your account is validated you will be allowed to select a new password.

Forgot User ID

Step 1– To reset your user id open the login homepage and then select the “Lookup User ID” link located at the bottom of the Cardmember Login section. (For directly approaching the user id reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter the following details to look up user id:

• Account Number
• Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number

Make Payment

Step 1– In order to make an online payment log into your online account following the steps mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Make Payment” button which will direct you through the payment gateway.

Step 2– The customer can register under the auto pay section. This enables the credit card company to direct collect the bills from their bank account on the due date.

Activate Card

Step 1– Open the activation page of the Stein Mart. Once the web page opens you will find two sections. If you have already created an online account use your User ID to activate your card.

Step 2– New users must select the “Register and Activate” button located towards the right of the web page, as shown in the picture below. Provide your Account Number and the press “Next” to proceed with the validation. Select security settings, choose an image and your card will be activated soon.
