Sleep Number Credit Card offers a secure login portal at their website for its existing customers. The credit card is issued by the Synchrony Bank. The credit card can be used to shop online, in-store or over the phone.

Existing customers of the Sleep Number are enabled to operate their account online. Once logged in you can pay bills, activate card, update account information, set account alerts, add an authorized user and sign up for electronic statements.

How to Login

Step 1– Cardholders who desire to access their account online must open the login homepage and then look for the “Log In” button located at the top right corner.

Step 2– Click on it and you will be directed to a new webpage where you are required entering your username and password.

Forgot Username

Step 1– Customers who are unable to recall their username should select the “Forgot User Name?” option situated under the “Login Help” tab as pictured below.

Step 2– Enter the following information to verify your identity and access your User Name.

• Account Number
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth

Forgot Password

Step 1– To reset your login password visit the login page and then click on the “Forgot Password?” link which is located under the “Login Help” tab.

Step 2– Enter the following details and you will be directed to set a new password:

• User Name
• Social Security Number
• Date or Birth

Make Payment

Step 1– Sleep Number Credit Card enables its existing customers to pay their credit card bills online. To begin, you are required log into your online account following the guidelines provided above. Once the account dashboard opens you will find the “Payments” option which will direct you through the bill payment process.

Step 2– The customer can set up an auto debit payment method which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from the bank without much hassle.
