Once logged in you can view transaction history, check account balance, update account information, sign up for paperless statements and add an authorized user. How to Login

Step 1– Navigate to the login homepage (usermanagement.rushcard.com) of the RushCard. Once the web page opens you will find the Account Login section towards the left of the screen.

Step 2– Enter your Username and Password in the respective boxes and then press “Log In”. If the login credentials entered are correct you will be directed to your account dashboard from where you can operate your account.

Forgot Username or Password

Step 1– Customers who have lost their login particulars must visit the login homepage of the RushCard and then select the “Forgot Username/ Password?” link located at the bottom of the Account Login section, as shown in the picture below. Step 2– Next, you will directed to a new webpage. Enter the following information in the blank spaces below to reset your username and retrieve password:

• Card Number
• CVV
• Expiration Date
• Social Security Number

Step 3– Click “Next” to go ahead to the validation page. Once your account is validated you will be allowed to select new login credentials.

Activate Card

Step 1– To activate a RushCard open the activation page using this Link.

Step 2– Enter the following details to get started with the activation process:

• Card Number
• CVV
• Expiration Date
• Social Security Number

Step 3– Press “Next” and you will be directed to the verification page. Once your account is verified you will be allowed to select security.
