Reward Zone MasterCard facilitates its credit cardholders with a secure online platform using which they can log in, pay bills and activate a card. The credit card is issued for the consumers of Best Buy. Using the credit card at the Best Buy electronic stores you can enjoy plenty of privileges that include rewards and discount offers.

To make an online payment you need to first log into your credit card account. The user can simply do this by visiting the login homepage and then providing their Member ID and Password. Once logged in you can make transactions, check transaction history, view account statements, request for additional cards, set account reminders and update account information. How to Login

Step 1– Cardholders who desire to access their credit card account online must open the homepage (citiretailservices.citibankonline.com) of the Reward Zone MasterCard. Once the web page opens look for the “Sign In” section located towards the left of the screen, as pictured below.

Step 2–  Provide your User ID and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Sign In”. If the credentials provided are correct you will be navigated to your account dashboard.

Forgot User ID

Step 1– To retrieve your user id you must select the “Retrieve User ID” link situated towards the bottom left of the Sign In widget. (For direct access to the user id reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter the following information to retrieve your ID:

• Card Number
• Name as it Appears on Card
• Security Code
• Last 4 Digits of the Primary Cardholder’s SSN

Forgot Password

Step 1– Users who fail to recall their password should open the login homepage of the Best Buy Reward Zone and then select the “Forgot your password?” link situated at the bottom right of the Sign In section. (For directly approaching the password reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter the following details to reset your password:

• Card Number
• Name as it Appears on Card
• Security Code
• Last 4 Digits of the Primary Cardholder’s SSN

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your Reward Zone MasterCard bills you should sign into your account following the guidelines provided above. Once you are prompted to the account dashboard, you will find the “Payments” button right there.

Step 2– The user can set up an auto pay. This enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from your registered bank account on the due date.
