Pacific Sales Credit Card has developed a user-friendly online portal for its card members that enables them to log in, pay credit card bills and activate a card. The credit card is serviced by the Citi Bank. It is issued for the loyal and regular customers of the Pacific Sales Kitchen and Home stores. Using the credit card at these stores you can enjoy a wide range of advantages and get your kitchen and home appliances financed.
Logging into your credit card account you can view account statements, add an authorized user, monitor account activities, set account alerts and update account information. You can easily approach your credit card account online, you are just required to visit the login homepage and then provide their User ID and Password. Read below to find more details about the login and bill payment process.
How to Login
Step 1– Customers who wish to manage their credit card operations online must open the login homepage (accountonline.com) of the Pacific Sales.
Step 2– Once the web page opens you will find the Secure Sign On section towards the center. Enter your User ID and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Sign On”.
Forgot User ID or Password
Step 1– If a cardholder is unable to recall his/ her user id or password then they must go to the login homepage of the Pacific Sales and then select the “Forgot your User ID or Password?” link located at the bottom of the sign in section, as pictured below. Step 2– Next, you will be taken further to a new web page that displays the reset password section. Enter the following details to retrieve your password.
- Card Number
- Name as it Appears on Card
- Security Code
- Last 4 Digits of the Primary Cardholder’s SSN
Step 1– To pay your credit card bills you need to log into your online account following the guidelines mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the payment tab.
Step 2– You can enroll under the auto pay section to authorize an auto debit payment method.
