One Travel Credit Card has developed a secure web portal for its existing customers using which they can log in, pay credit card bills and activate a card. The credit card is backed by the Synchrony Bank. It is a travel rewards card that lets you enjoy plenty of travel benefits.
Logging into your credit card account you can check account activity, view statements, set up account alerts, update account information and much more. If you are looking for guidelines to use the online portal of the One Travel we are here to assist you through the below-mentioned steps.
How to Log in
Step 1– To get started visit the login homepage (www.onetravel.com) of the One Travel and then look for the login section situated towards the left, as shown in the picture below.
Step 2– Provide your User ID in the blank space and then click “Secure Login”.
Step 3– Once your User ID is validated you will be allowed to enter Password.
Forgot User ID
Step 1– Card holders who have lost their user id should open the login homepage of the One Travel and then select the “Lookup User ID” link located below the “Secure Login” button.
Step 2– Next, you will be directed to a new webpage. Enter your Account Number and Last four digits of Social Security Number to reset your ID.
Step 1– In order to retrieve your password you must visit the password reset page using this Link. Enter your Account Number in the blank space and then press “Next”. Validate your account and you will be allowed to select a new Password.
Step 1– To pay bills online the user is required to log into his/ her credit card account following the guidelines mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” button on the account dashboard.
Step 2– You can also set up an auto debit that allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from your checking or savings account.
In order to activate a newly received One Travel Credit Card call at 1-888-437-4930 and then provide your card number and name on the card.
