How to Login

Step 1– Cardholders who desire to sign into their online account should go to the login homepage (c.comenity.net) of the New York and Company and then look for the “Sign In” widget towards the top left of the screen.

Step 2– Once you find the widget enter your username and password in the blank spaces below.

Step 3– After you have provided the login particulars press the “Sign In” button and the user will be directed to their account dashboard from where they can operate their credit card account.

Forgot Password

Step 1– Customers who are unable to recall their account login password must visit the homepage of the NY&C Credit Card and then click on the link that reads as “Forgot your username or password?” (For direct access to the account help screen, click here Link.)

Step 2– Reset your password with your account number or username, zip code/postal code, select identification type and last 4 numbers of social security number.

 Make Payment

Step 1– To make an online payment the customer must sign into his/ her online account following the guidelines provided above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Payments” tab which will direct you to the secure payment window.

Step 2– The customer can set up an auto debit which auto pays the credit card bills on the due date without having to go through too much trouble.

Step 1– If you have received your New York and Company Credit Card in the mail you can activate if for use by calling at 1-800-889-0494. Provide the requested card details and you will be soon able to go shopping with the credit card.
