Step 2: Once you have reached milestone homepage, input your username and password on the blank spaces at the login widget on the left corner of the page . Now, click ‘Log-in’ button given below to access your account.

Forgot Username and Password

Step 1: If you have lost your username or password and couldn’t access your online account, then click on the ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ link situated below the ‘Log-in’ button.

Step 2- The users will be taken to a new page where if they’ve forgotten their ‘Password’ then they should provide their ‘Username’, ‘Last 4 Digits of Account Number’, ‘Social Security Number’ and ‘Date of Birth’ under “Reset Password” section. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process.

To Make a Payment:

Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment. Or, if you prefer, you can pay at their branch.

Step 2- Another option to pay the bill is that the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Activate Card

Step 1- After receiving the credit card through the mail, the users will have to first activate the card before using it. To do so, the users will have to register themselves first.
