Metrostyle Credit Card facilitates their card owners with a safe online login platform to access and manage their card whenever necessary. The Metrostyle Credit Card is powered by Comenity Bank. Through their account, cardholders can easily pay their credit card bills, activate a new credit card they would’ve just acquired and much more. Cardholders will receive 5 Metrostyle points for every $1 they spend and $10 metrostyle rewards for every 1,000 points they earn.
In addition to paying credit card bills and activating new credit cards, users can add authorized user, sign up for paperless statements, sign up for email alerts, schedule an auto debit and update account information. The login process is easy the user just needs to provide their username and password on the login homepage. How to Login
Step 1- To login to your online account, you’ll first have to go to the login page (comenity.net) of the Metrostyle Credit Card and enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Steps 1- If you have forgotten your username or password then you should go to the login homepage of the Metrostyle Credit Card and then select the “Forgot your username or password?” link which is situated at the bottom of the “Sign In” section as shown in the picture below.
Step 2- On the next page provide the necessary information and click ‘Find my Account’.
Required:
- Credit account number or Username
- Zip/Postal Code
- Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number)
- Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
To Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.
Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Step 3- The users can also pay by calling the customer service or by visiting the nearest Metrostyle store.
Activate:
Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to either call the customer service and speak to a customer care representative or they can register for an online account and then activate their card online.
Step 2- To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.
Step 3- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to fill in the blank spaces and click ‘Find my Account’.
