How to Login

Step 1– To log into your online account you should open the login homepage (hrsaccount.com) of the Lord & Taylor. Once the web page opens you will find the login section towards the top of the screen.

Step 2– Enter your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then click “Sign In”.

Forgot Username/ Password

Step 1– Cardholders who are unable to recall their username and password must visit the login homepage of the Lord & Taylor and then select the “Forgot Username/ Password?” link located below the “Sign In” button. (For direct access to the account reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Just provide your Account Number and Last 4 digits of Primary Cardholder’s Social Security Number to retrieve your username and reset the password.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your credit card bills online you must sign into your credit card account following the steps mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab on the account dashboard.

Step 2– The customer can authorize an auto debit payment method that allows the credit card company to directly collect the bill from the bank on the due date without having to go through too much trouble.

Step 1– If you have just received your Lord & Taylor Credit Card in the mail, you can activate it by calling at 1-800-298-4240. To activate your card you are required to provide your card details.
