LoveLoft offers online account management system to all its customers for accessing and managing their account. Through their account, the users can activate their newly received credit card and pay their credit card bill. Loft Credit Cards are issued by Comenity Bank. Cardholders will receive 15% off when they open and use theirLOVELOFT Card at LOFT, LOFT.com, Ann Taylor, anntaylor.com, LOFT Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory Store.

Apart from paying the bill and activating the card, you can view your transaction history, savings, report a lost card or block the card,  add or change your contact information, sign up for paperless billing and much more. Even if you forget or lose your username or password, you can still recover it through the online portal. For guidance in all these, please follow the following steps that briefly explains the procedure.

How to Login into Loft Card website:

Step 1- To login to your online account, you’ll first have to go to Loft Credit Card Homepage (comenity.net/loft) and enter your ‘Username‘ and ‘Password‘ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.

Forgotten Username/Password:

Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.

How to Make a Payment:

Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.

Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Step 3- The users can also pay by calling the customer service or by visiting the nearest LoveLoft store.

Activate:

Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to get registered or speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
