La-Z-Boy Credit Card facilitates a user-friendly web portal for its card owners through which they can log in, make payment and activate a card. The credit card is issued by the Synchrony Financial for the customers of the La-Z-Boy Furniture Stores. Using the credit card at these stores you can enjoy discount offers and easy financing.

Synchrony Bank makes it easy for you to access your credit card account online. Once logged in you can view and print account statements, add authorized user, set reminders, sign up for electronic statements and set an auto debit. Read on to find assistance to the login and bill payment process.

How to Login

Step 1– Cardholders who desire to approach their account online must visit the login homepage (mysynchrony.com) of the La-Z-Boy. On the top of the webpage, you will find the “Consumer Center Login” section as shown in the picture below.

Step 2– Provide your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then click “Go”. If the login particulars entered are correct you will be navigated to your account dashboard.

Forgot User Name

Step 1– Cardholders who fail to recall their username must open the login homepage and then select the “Forgot Username?” link located under the Login Help tab. (For direct access to the username reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter your Account Number and Social Security Number to reset your username.

Forgot Password

Step 1– To retrieve your login password visit the password reset page using this Link.

Step 2– Enter your Username and Social Security Number in the blank spaces and then click on the “Continue” button. Once your account is verified you will be allowed to set a new password.

Make Payment

Step 1– To make payment online the customer must log into his/ her credit card account following the steps described above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab on the account dashboard.

Step 2– The customer can authorize an auto debit payment method that allows the credit card company to directly collect the bill from the bank on the due date.
