Jeep MasterCard offers its cardholders with a secure online platform using which they can log in, pay bills and activate a card. The credit card is serviced by the First Bankcard. It is a chip-enhanced card that adds to its security and provides the user a better fraud protection.
The online account management facilitates the cardholders to gain access to their account from the comfort of their home. Once logged in you can view transaction history, check accumulated reward points, add an authorized user, enroll in auto pay and set account alerts. Scroll down and you will find a detailed set of steps that will assist you through the login and bill payment process.
How to Login
Step 1– Open the homepage (firstbankcard.com) of the Jeep and then look for the login widget towards the top left of the screen.
Step 2– Enter your User ID in the blank space and then click on the “Log In” button below.
Step 3– Once your user id is validated you will be directed to a new screen where you are required to provide your password and then press “Submit”.
Forgot ID/ Password
Step 1– If you have lost your user id or password then you must select the “Forgot Id/ Password?” link which is located at the bottom of the account login section on login homepage. (For direct access to the account reset page, click here Link).
Step 2– Complete the requested fields to reset your account credentials.
Step 1– Click on the “Services” tab which is located, towards the right of the homepage. Next select the “Credit Card Payments” option. (For directly approaching the credit card payments page, click here Link).
Step 2– On the web page, that opens you will find a detailed guideline to the payments procedure.
Step 1– To activate your newly received Jeep MasterCard the customer should log into his/ her online account.
Step 2– Select ‘Activate Your Card’ from the ‘Action Items’ box or from the ‘Account Services’ link on the left side of the page. If your cards have already been activated you will not see this option
