IHG Rewards Club Select Credit Card provides its card members with a secure online portal using which they can log in, make payment and activate a card. The credit card is serviced by the Chase Bank. You can use the credit card at IHG Hotels worldwide and receive 5 points per $1 spent.

Existing customers of the IHG Rewards Club Select are enabled to operate their credit card account at their own comfort whether on the go or sitting at home. You just need to log in via a web-enabled smartphone or computer.  Once logged in you can view account statements, view transaction history, check earnings, update account, set email alerts and much more. Read below to find a detailed guideline to the login and bill payment process.

How to Login

Step 1– Go to the login homepage (chaseonline.chase.com) of the IHG Rewards Select and then look for the Secure Log On section towards the left of the page.

Step 2– Provide your User ID and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Log On”.

Forgot User ID or Password

Step 1– Cardholders who are unable to recall their login credentials should open the login page of the IHG Rewards Club and then click on the link that reads “Forgot your User ID and Password?”, as pictured below.

Step 2– Next, you will be directed to the Identification page where you must provide your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number and your Account or Credit Card Number. Once your account is validated your will be provided a user id and then an identification code will be sent that will help you reset the password.

Make Payment

Step 1– Cardholders who wish to pay their credit bills online, must log into their account taking help of the steps mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Payment” button.

Step 2– You can set an auto debit payment method by enrolling under the auto pay section. This allows the auto deduction of the bill from your registered bank account without having to go through too much trouble.
