How to Login

Step 1– Navigate to the homepage (creditcards.chase.com) of the Hyatt Credit Card and then press the “Sign In” button located at the top right of the webpage, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2– Next, you will be directed to the login page. Provide your User ID and Password in the respective boxes and then hit “Log On”.

Forgot your User ID and Password

Step 1– Sometimes the cardholders are unable to recall their user id or password. In such situation, you must visit the login homepage and then look for the link that reads “Forgot your User ID or Password?”

Step 2– Click on it and you will be navigated to the account reset page. Provide your Social Security Number and ATM or Chase Credit Card Number in the blank spaces and then press “Next”. Once your account is validated you will be enabled to set new login credentials.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay credit card bills online the customer must log into his/ her credit card account following the guidelines mentioned above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab.

Step 2– The customer can authorize an auto debit payment method that enabled the automatic deduction of the bill from your savings account.
