GM Credit Card has created a user-friendly online portal for its existing customers using which they can log in, pay credit card bills and activate a card. The credit card is serviced by the Capital One Bank. It is a discount rewards card that incentives you with plenty of perks and rewards without charging an annual fee for usage.

Logging into your GM Credit Card account you can view account balance, monitor account activity, make payments, update account details and request additional cards. It is simple and easy to access your credit card account online, you are just required to enter your username and password on the login page. Scroll down and you will find out a detailed guideline to the login and bill payment process. We have also mentioned steps that will help you to retrieve username, and reset the password.

How to Login

Step 1– In order to log into your online account, you must visit the login homepage (gmcard.com) of the Capital One. On the left of the webpage, you will find the login section. Select your account type and then press the “Sign In” button.

Step 2– Next you will be navigated to the account login page. Enter your Username and Password in the blank spaces and then click “Log In”.

Forgot Username or Password

Step 1– If a customer is unable to retrieve his/ her login credentials then they must proceed to the account login page using the guidelines provided above and then select the “Forgot Username/Password?” link located at the bottom of the Login section, as pictured below.

Step 2– Provide the following details to reset username and retrieve password:

• Card Number
• Last 4 Digits of Primary Cardholder’s Social Security Number

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your credit card bills online log into your account using this Link. Once you are directed to the account dashboard you will find the “Payments” button.

Step 2– The cardholder can set up an auto debit payment method which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from your registered bank account without having to go through too much trouble.

 Activate Card

Step 1– To activate a GM Credit Card for use call at 1-888-316-2390 and then provide the requested card information necessary for activation.
