How to Login

Step 1– Customers who wish to log into their Global Cash Account must navigate to the login homepage using this Link (globalcashcard.com). Once the web page opens look for the login section towards the right of the screen.

Step 2– Provide your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Login”. If the credentials provided are correct you will be directed to your account dashboard from where you can gain access to your account.

Forgot Username or Password

Step 1– If you have lost your username or password then you must open the login homepage of the Global Cash Card and then click on the “click here for help” link located beside the text that reads as ‘forgot your username or password’.

 Step 2– Select the “Yes” option if you are an existing card member and then select whether you have forgotten your username or password.

Step 3– Enter the requested details and you will be allowed to set a new username/ password.

Activate Account

Step 1– In order to activate a newly received Global Cash Card, the user is required to open the activation homepage.
