Gap provides a secure web portal to all GAP credit card owners so that they can log in online to pay bills, check rewards points and fetch transaction reports. New Gap Card owners can activate there card online and update account information. GAP card is issued by Synchrony Bank, USA. One can earn cash back on all the purchases at Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy stores. One can earn upto 5 points per dollar spent on these stores.
One can login into online dashboard provided by GAP to manage their credit card, check outstanding balance, pay credit card bill, view account transaction history, reset username and password and see account statements. One can also raise service request from within the dashboard.
Below we have given step by step instructions on how to login, reset account username/password and activate account online.
How to Login in GAP Credit Card Account
Step 1– Card owners who need to log into their online account are should go to the login web page (onlinecreditcenter6.com) of the GAP. Once the web page opens you will find the “Existing Members Login” section towards the top left of the screen.
Step 2– Here the user is required to provide his/ her user id and then click on “Login”.
Step 3– On the next web page that opens up, enter your password and you will be directed to your account console from where you can manage your credit card account.
Forgot User Id
Step 1– Select the “Look up user id” link which is located at the bottom of the “Existing Members Login” widget on the Login page. (Refer Image below)
Step 2– You will be User ID retrieval page. Enter the following details to retrieve your user id.
- Account number
- Last four digits of your social security number
Forgot Password
Step 1– In order to set up a new password the cardholder must contact the customer service using this Link and then speak to them regarding this issue.
Make Payments
Step 1– Customers who wish to pay their credit card bills login using the steps mentioned above. Once you are in the dashboard click on Pay Bill and you would be taken to the payment gateway where you can make the payment.
Step 2– You can also set up an auto debit system. This keeps you away from the trouble of manually paying bills every month.
Activate Card
Step 1– To activate a newly received GAP credit card you should open the account login page and then select the “Register and Activate” button which is located towards the bottom of the new users register section.
Step 2– In the account registration section provide your account number and then select ‘Continue’ to go ahead with the validation.
Step 3– Select your security credentials and finally check your account summary.
