First Progress Platinum Elite Secured Credit Card has created a secure online portal through which one can log in, pay bills and activate a card. The credit card is accepted nationwide. Using the credit card you can finance your everyday expenses by setting up low monthly payment options.

Existing customers of the credit card are enabled to manage their credit card operations online from the comfort of their home. Once you gain access to your account dashboard you can make payments, sign up for paperless statements, set account reminders, add an authorized user and update account information. How to Login

Step 1– In order to log into your online account, you must visit the homepage (firstprogress.com) of the First Progress Platinum Elite Secured Credit Card and then press the “Customer Center” button located towards the top right of the screen, as pictured below.

Step 2– Now a login widget will appear on the screen. Enter your Online ID and Password in the blank spaces and then press “Login”. If the credentials entered are correct you will be directed to your account dashboard.

Forgot Password

Step 1– If a customer is unable to recall their login password then he/ she must go to the homepage of the First Progress and then select the “Problems logging in” link which is situated at the bottom of the Login section.

Step 2– Next, you will be directed to a new webpage that displays the Login Help section. Click on the link that reads as “Click here if you forgot your Password” to go ahead with the password reset process.

Step 3– To reset your password enter your 16 digit account number and Online ID.

Forgot Online ID

Step 1– If you have lost your online id, then you are required to go to the login help page of the First Progress and then press the link that reads as “Click here if you forgot your Online ID”.

Step 2– Next, you will be taken further to the online id reset page. Enter your account number and password in the respective boxes and then click “Continue”. Once your account is validated you will be prompted to set a new id.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay your credit card bills online log into your account using this Link. Once you are directed to the account dashboard you will find the “Make Payment” button.

Step 2– The cardholder can set up an auto debit payment method which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from your registered bank account without having to go through too much trouble.
