Logging into your credit card account you can pay credit card bills, view account statements, check earnings, add an authorized user and update account information. How to Login

Step 1– Customers who desire to log into their credit card account should visit the login homepage (fairmont.com) of the Fairmont.

Step 2– Once the web page opens you will find the login section towards the center. Enter your Username and Password in the blank spaces and then click “Log In”.

Forgot Password

Step 1– Customers who fail to recall their login password must open the login page of the Fairmont and then look for the link that reads as “Click here if you forgot your password”.

Step 2– As you click on the link provided above, you will be directed to the “Sign in” Help page. Enter the following information to retrieve your password.

Forgot Username

Step 1– If you are unable to recall your username go to the username reset page. Enter the following information in the respective boxes.

• Date of Birth

Step 2– Once you have entered the above-mentioned information the credit card company will send you a new username via email.

Make Payment

Step 1– The bill payment process has been made easy by the Fairmont Hotels Credit Card. The customer is just required to log into his/ her online account and then select the “Payment” tab located on the dashboard.

Step 2– You can also set up an auto debit payment method. This allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from the bank without having to go through too much trouble.
