Eddie Bauer offers their customers an easy to use login portal for their customers to access and handle their credit card activities at their online account. Through their account, the credit card owners can make credit card bill payment and activate their newly received credit card. This credit card is issued by Comenity Bank.
Through the online account, the cardholders can view or print their monthly statements, add or change your contact information, sign up for paperless billing, online shopping, review your rewards, check the points you’ve earned and can keep track on their transactions. Eddie Bauer Credit Card Login Instructions:
Step 1- To login to Eddie Bauer Credit Card online account , the user will have to go to the Homepage (comenity.net/eddiebauer login) and enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, they can recover it by clicking on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
To Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.
Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Step 3- The users can also pay by calling the customer service or by visiting the nearest Eddie Bauer’s store.
Activate:
Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to call this number 1-866-891-3458 and speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
