Cardholders can manage their credit card operations over the web. The online account management services enable you to set account alerts, authorize an auto debit, view earned cash backs and update account information. How to Login

Step 1– To log into your online account navigate to the homepage (ebates.com) of the Ebates. Once the web page opens look for the “Sign In” button towards the top right corner.

Step 2– Click on it and a pop-up will appear on the screen. Enter your Email, Password and then check the box below if you agree that you are not a robot. Finally, click “Sign In” to access your online account.

Forgot Password

Step 1– To retrieve your password click on the “Forgot Password?” link which is located at the bottom left of the sign in pop up as shown in the picture below.

Step 2– Next a reset password section will appear on the screen. Enter your email and the below text to initiate your request. Once your account is verified the bank will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Make Payment

Step 1– In order to pay your credit card bills online you are required to log into your credit card account following the guidelines mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Payments” tab which will direct you through the procedure.

Step 2– The user can set an auto debit which allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from the bank without having to go through too much trouble.
