DSW’s online account provides additional features such as the customers can pay their bills and keep track on their transactions through online. Here we’ve given few steps to guide you on how to activate your card, login into an account online with Comenity Bank (CB; the card handler for this card), and also how to recover a lost username or password.

DSW Credit Card Login Instructions:

 Step 1- To login to DSW Credit Card online account, the user will have to go to the Homepage [comenity.net] and enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.

Forgotten Username/Password:

Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.

Activate:

Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to call this number 1 (855) 266-0556 and speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Sign on’ button below the login section.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.

To Make a Payment:

Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.

Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Step 3- The customer can send their payment by mail the following address: DSW Rewards Visa, P.O. Box 659617, San Antonio, TX 78265-9617.
