DressBarn has created a unique login portal with their website so that Credit card users can access required information about their financials any time they like. This account enables the card owners to activate their new credit card and to make credit card bill payment. The DressBarn Credit Card is powered by Comenity Bank. Card owners will get 10% off on their first purchase after opening their account and can use your card in-store or online
By logging in the users will have complete access to their credit card activities including online bill pay, account management, and online shopping. Through their online account, the users can view their transaction history, savings, report a lost card or block the card. If any user forgets or loses their username or password, then they can recover it. We’ve explained the login and bill payment procedure in case you’re having any trouble logging into your account.
How to Login
Step 1- To login to your DressBarn Credit Card online account, you’ll first have to go to DressBarn Credit Card Homepage [comenity.net] and enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
To Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.
Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Step 3- The users can also pay by calling the customer service at 1-888-427-7790 or by visiting the nearest DressBarn store.
Activate:
Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to call the customer service and speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
