Dodge MasterCard Credit Card offers its customers with an online portal that enables them to pay their credit card bills, check their application status and activate the credit card. The credit card allows its existing members to operate their account online through which they can gain the complete control over their credit activities. Signing into your account you can pay outstanding bills, view and print account statements and recover your username and password just through a smartphone or computer connected to the web.
How to Login
Step 1– Owners of the Dodge MasterCard who wish to sign into their online account are required to navigate to the homepage (firstbankcard.com) of the credit card company.
Step 2– Once you reach the web page look for the “Login” section towards the top left of the screen. Provide your user id in the blank space and then hit the “Log In” button below.
Step 3– Next you will be navigated to a new web page where you should enter your password and finally press “Submit” to gain access to your credit card online.
Forgot Password
Step 1– Sometimes the users are unable to recall their account login password and so are denied the access to their online account. To begin with, the password retrieve process the user must select the “Forgot ID/Password” link which is situated at the bottom of the login section. Step 2– As you click on the link above you will be directed to the security profile page. Just provide your Name and ID below and then hit “Submit” to receive a new password.
Activate Card
Customers who have just received their Dodge MasterCard Credit Card in the mail must activate it for making purchases. You can activate your card either by calling at 1 (888) 295-5540 or through the online portal.
Step 1– Click on the “Services” option from the homepage and then select the “Activate Credit Card” link from the drop-down menu that appears on the screen.
Step 2– If you have already enrolled in online banking log into your account and then press the activate card link located on the left of the screen.
Make Payment
Step 1– Navigate to the payments screen of the Dodge MasterCard and then hit the ‘Make a Payment’ feature located on the account dashboard right after you log in.
Step 2– Users can also use the AutoPay option by registering your account under Auto Pay section.
