Forgot Password

Step 3– Next the user will be directed to a new webpage. Reset your password with your credit card number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth and your username.

Forgot Username

Step 1– Card holders who are unable to recall their login username must visit the account reset page of the Dillard’s and then select the “Forgot Username” link to proceed with the reset.

Step 2– Enter your credit card number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth and your password below and then click on “Continue” to go further with the verification. Once your account is confirmed the bank will send you a new username.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay you credit card bills online the user must sign into your online account using this Link. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab.

Step 2– The customer can authorize an auto debit which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bill from your bank account.

How to Activate Card

Step 1– To start with the activation select the “New User?” link which is located in the basement of the Sign On section on the login homepage, as pictured below.

Step 2– Please enter your credit card number, last four digits of the Card member’s Social Security Number, date of birth and email address below to begin the enrollment process.

Step 3– Next you will be navigated to a new web page. Agree to the terms and conditions of banking, create your profile and finally confirm the details provided by you.
