Citi ThankYou Credit Card offers its customers a login facility to a manage their online account. Users can pay their credit card bill and activate their newly received credit card using their online account. Citi Thank You Credit Card is issued specially for college students with 0% intro APR on purchases for first 7 months and after that the variable APR will be14.24% – 24.24%, based on your creditworthiness. Users can earn 2500 bonus points after spending $500 within the first 3 months of account opening.

Besides credit card bill payment and card activation, the users can also view their transaction history, access monthly statements, check  the points they’ve earned, book tickets and all that from their own PC or smartphone without having to leave their home. How to Login:

Step 1- To login to the online account, the users will have to go to the Homepage [citi.com] and enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the top left of the page. Click ‘Sign On’.

 

Forgotten Username/Password:

Step 1- If any user has forgotten their login details, then they should click on ‘Forgot User ID/Password?’ at the login section of the page.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ATM/Debit or Credit Card Number.

To Make a Payment:

Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment. They can also call the customers service regarding payment options which includes Pay By Phone and Wire Transfer.

Step 2- User can make the payment directly or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Activate:

Step 1- After receiving the credit card through the mail, the users will have to first activate it before using it. To activate the card, the users will have to either call on 1 (800) 347-4934 or they can do online by clicking on ‘Activate a Card’ on the login section of the homepage.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page, where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit Card Number’ and click ‘Activate’.
