Step 3– Complete the fields below with the following details and the bank will send you a new password.

• Create a New Password
• Re-enter New Password

 

Activate Card

Customers who have recently received their credit card in the mail must activate it for making purchases. You can activate your credit card through the online portal just following an easy procedure.

Step 1– Go to the activation screen of the Citi Chairman.

Step 2– To activate your credit card provide the requested account information below and then press continue to go further to create your login particulars.
