Chadwicks provides a login portal for users to access and manage their online account allowing them to pay their credit card bill and activate the newly received credit card. Chadwicks credit card is issued by Comenity Bank. Chadwicks rewards their cardholders with 5 Chadwicks Fashion Points for every $1 they spend on their Chadwicks or MetroStyle credit card.
By logging in the users will have complete access to their credit card activities including online bill pay, account management, and online shopping. Through their online account, the users can view their transaction history, savings, report a lost card or block the card. If any user forgets or loses their username or password, then they can recover it. We’ve explained the login and bill payment procedure in case you’re having any trouble logging into your account.
Chadwicks Credit Card Login Instructions:
Step 1- To login to Chadwicks Credit Card online account, the user will have to go to the Homepage [comenity.net/chadwicks login] and enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
How to Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment. Or, if you prefer, you can pay at any branch, by phone, or by mail.
Step 2- Another option to pay the bill is that the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Activate:
Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to call this number 1 (855) 266-0556 and speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.
