Bergner’s Credit Card Login | Bill Payment Online

Bergner’s Credit Card offers a secure login portal for their customers to gain access and manage their account. Users can activate their newly received credit card and pay their credit card bills very easily and fast with the help of their online account. The Bergner’s Credit Card is issued by Comenity Bank and the rewards program is provided by The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.

By logging into your account the user will have 24/7 access to their account. They can view or print their monthly statements, add or change their contact information, sign up for paperless billing, online shopping review their rewards, check the points they’ve earned and can keep track on their transactions. They can also use the portal to report a lost credit card and can also block it. In case if any user forgets their username or password then they can recover it using the login portal. How to Login:

Step 1- To login to your online account, you’ll first have to go to Bergner’s Credit Card Homepage [comenity.net] and enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the left side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’.

Forgotten Username/Password:

Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they can retrieve it by clicking on ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ below the ‘Sign in’ button.

Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit account number or Username’, ‘Zip/Postal Code’, ‘Identification Type (i.e. SSN or Social Insurance Number) and last 4 digits of Social Security Number. Click ‘Find my Account’.

To Make a Payment:

Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.

Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Step 3- The users can also pay by calling the customer service or by visiting the nearest Bergner’s store.

Activate:

Step 1- To activate a newly received card the customer will have to call the customer service and speak to a customer care representative. To register a new account through the internet, the user will have to click on ‘Register for Online Access’ button below the login section.
