How to Login

Step 1- Customers of the Bergdorf Goodman Credit Card who wish to sign into their credit card account should go to the login homepage (hrsaccount.com) of the card.

Step 2– On the top left of the webpage, you will find the online login section. Enter your username and password in the blank spaces below and then select “Sign In”.

Forgot User Name/ Password

Step 1- Cardholders who fail to recall their login password should open the login homepage of the Bergdorf Goodman and then look for the “Forgot User Name/ Password?” link towards the bottom of the Online Customer Care widget. Step 2– Enter the following details to retrieve your login credentials.

Make Payments

Step 1– In order to pay your credit card bills online sign into your online account following the steps mentioned above. Once you are logged in you will find the “Make Payment” option on the online account console.

Activate Card

Step 1- If you have just received the Bergdorf Goodman Credit Card and wish to activate it for use then call at the activation number 1-888-774-2424 and then provide your card details.

Step 2- To activate the card through the web portal navigate to the enrollment homepage and then scroll down till you find the ‘Enrollment Details” form. Enter the requested card details in the blank spaces and then proceed to the next section that requires your Statement Delivery preference.
