AT&T Universal Credit Card provides its card members with a secure online portal using which they can log in, pay credit card bills and activate a new credit card. The credit card is issued by the Citi Bank. It is a discount rewards card that incentives its customers with plenty of discount on purchases.
Once Logged in the user will be able to view their account summary, current or past statements, unbilled activity and more. Pay their bills online. And can get account alerts via email.
AT&T Universal Credit Card Login Instructions:
Step 1- To login to AT&T Universal Credit Card online account, the user will have to go to the Homepage (accountonline.citi.com) and enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at the right side of the page. Click ‘Sign On’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Steps 1- If any user has forgotten their ‘Username or Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Look up User ID or Reset Password’ at the login section.
Step 2- The user will be taken to new page where they’ve to enter their ATM/Debit or Credit Card Number.
To Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log in to his credit card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment.
Step 2- Or the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Activate:
Step 1- After receiving the credit card through the mail, the users will have to first activate it before using it. To activate the card, the users will have to either call on 1-800-347-4934 or they can do online by clicking on ‘Activate a New Card’ on the login section of the homepage.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page, where they’ve to enter their ‘Credit Card Number’ and click ‘Activate’.
