How to Apply

Step 1– Open the homepage (ulta.com) of the Ulta Beauty and then look for the “Apply Now” button located towards the bottom right of the screen, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2– To proceed with the application you need to log into Ulta.com. New members can create an Ulta account using the “Create Account” button.

Step 3– Once logged in you will be navigated to the application page of the Comenity Capital Bank. Complete the Personal Information section with the following details:

• Name
• Suffix
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Annual Income

Step 4– Proceed to the Contact Information section which requires the following details:

• Street Address
• Suite or Apartment
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Email Address
• Mobile Phone
• Alternate Phone

Step 5– Select the “Yes” option if you wish to add an authorized user and then press “Continue”.
