How to Apply

Step 1– To get started, open the application homepage (firstbankcard.com) of the Scheels Visa and then press the “Apply Now” button located on the right of the screen, as pictured below.

Step 2– Next you will be directed to a new webpage that displays the application form. Complete the Contact Information section with the following details:

• Last name
• Physical address
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Home phone number
• E-mail address
• Verify E-mail address

Step 3– Enter the following information in the Personal Identification and Housing Information section:

• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Mother’s Maiden Name
• Years at Address
• Select Housing Status
• Monthly Housing Payment

Step 4– Enter the requested details in the Financial Information section, if you wish to add an authorized user enter the full name, select a card design and then press “Continue”.
