To apply you must have completed at least 18 years of age, have a government issued photo ID, have a Social Security Number and have a clear credit line. How to Apply

Step 1– To get started go to the application homepage (firstbankcardplcc.com) of the QuikTrip. Once the web page opens you find the credit card application form below. Complete the Applicant Information section with the following details:

• Date of Birth
• Home Phone
• Business Phone
• Mother’s Maiden Name
• Email Address (Confirm)

Step 2– The Physical Address section requires the following details:

• Physical Address
• Apt
• City
• State
• Zip Code

Step 3– Proceed to the Financial Information section which requires the following details:

• Total Annual Income
• Monthly Housing Payment

Check the boxes below if any portion of your Total Annual Income from a non-taxable income source and if you wish to add an authorized user. Press “Continue” to review and submit your application form.
