How to Apply

Step 1– In order to begin the application, you must navigate to the application homepage (luxurycard.com) of the Luxury Credit Card and then search for the “Apply Now” button towards the center of the screen as pictured below.

Step 2– Next you will be directed a new web page. Scroll down and you will find the application form. Before you begin filling the form read the terms and conditions for important rates, fees, and other costs by clicking on the link.

Step 3– Complete the General Information section with the following details:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Permanent Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Time at Permanent Address
• Residence Status

Step 4– The Employment and financial Information section and Contact Information section require the following details:

• Occupation
• Total Annual Income
• Select Account Type
• Primary Phone
• Work Phone
• Email Address
• Check the “Yes” option if you are resident of the United Stated otherwise, check “No”

Step 5– Proceed to the Security Information section of the form. Enter the following information to go ahead with the application.

• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Mother’s Maiden Name

Step 6– Check the boxes below if you wish to receive paperless statements and agree that your computer has the hardware and software capable of viewing, printing and saving my monthly statement as described in the disclosures.
