Step 2– Complete the Personal Information section with the following details:

• Total Annual Income

• Select whether you are enrolled in Hilton HHonors Program

Step 3– Check the box below if you wish to request Additional Cards and then press “Continue”.

Step 4– Accept the Terms and Conditions, provide the requested Additional Information and finally, submit the application form.
