How to Apply

Step 2– Click on it and the applicant will be navigated to a new web page with the application form below. Complete the personal information form with the following details.

• Employee Referral Code
• Date of Birth

• Select whether you are a citizen of another country
• Country of Permanent Residence

Step 3– Next the application is required to fill in the following information in the Housing Information section.

Step 4– Complete the Income and Employment section with the following information.

Step 5– Select from the options below whether you have a checking or savings account at any financial institution. Proceed with checking “yes” if you are interested in balance transfers.

Step 6– Select “Yes” if you wish to add a joint applicant and then enter the details of the joint applicant.

Step 7– In the next section of the application form as required by Wisconsin law, if you are a married Wisconsin resident, you must provide the name and address information for your spouse when applying for credit products.
