AOPA Cash Rewards Credit Card offers an easy to use web portal using which one can apply for a new credit card. Step 2– Scroll down and you will find the application form. Complete the personal information section with the following details:

  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Suffix
  • Physical Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Select Country of Primary Residence
  • Check the “Yes” option if you wish to send your statements to a different address
  • Housing Status
  • Monthly Housing Payment
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Mother’s Maiden Name
  • Country of Citizenship
  • Citizenship Status

Step 3– Proceed to the Financial Information section which requires the following details:
