Using the online portal one can make instant payments, check their account statement, monitor account activities, and update their account profile any time they wish just by logging in through a smartphone or computer connected to the internet.

How to Login

Step 1– Customers who wish to use their credit card account online are required to simply visit the login homepage  (firstbankcard.com) of the AmTrust.

Step 2– On the web page opens you will find the login section located towards the top left. Enter your User ID in the blank space and then press “Log In”.

Step 3– Once your ID is validated you will be allowed to enter the password and then access your credit card account.

Forgot ID/ Password

Step 1– To reset your id and retrieve password navigate to the login homepage and then press the “Forgot ID/Password” link situated at the bottom of the login widget, as pictured below.

Step 2– Enter your Name and ID below and then press “Submit”. Once your account is validated you will be allowed to select new login particulars.

Make Payment

Step 1– Cardholders who wish to make an online payment should sign into their online account using this Link. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Make Payment” button.

Step 2– To auto pay the bill, you can authorize an auto debit which enables the credit card company to directly collect the bills from your checking or savings account.
