ACE Elite Debit Card has created a secure online portal at their website to ease the online login, bill payment, and card activation process. It is a prepaid debit card backed by ACE Cash Express. The Debit card offers you a great customer support and global acceptance. It is one of the mostly used prepaid Debit card in the United States with advanced features like no extra charges and fraud protection.

Logging into your Debit card account, you can enjoy a variety of privileges that include online bill pay, retrieving login particulars, signing up for paperless statements, viewing and printing account transaction history and update account information.

How to Login

Step 1– Customers who wish to log into their online account should navigate to the homepage (aceelitecard.com) of the ACE Elite Prepaid Card.

Step 2– Once the web page opens you will find the login section in the center of the screen. Provide your username and password in the blank spaces and then select “Log In” to gain access to your account dashboard.

Forgot Username

Step 1– Cardholders who fail to recall their login credentials should open the login homepage of the Ace Elite and then look for the “Forgot your username or password?” link towards the bottom of the login section.  Step 2– In order to reset your username enter your card number and CVC 2 Number.

Forgot Password

Step 1– To retrieve your password click on the “forgot password” link which is situated at the bottom of the login homepage. (For directly approaching the password reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Now, you will be taken ahead to a new web page where you are required entering your username in the blank space and then click on “Continue”.

Make Payment

Step 1- Customers who wish to pay their credit card bills online should log into their credit card account following the steps mentioned above. Once you are logged in you will find the “Make Payments” option that will lead you through the payments process.

Step 2– You can also authorize an auto debit which allows the bank directly pay the bills to the credit card company without going through too much trouble.

Activate Card

Step 1– If you have recently received the ACE Elite Debit Card in the mail and wish to activate it for making purchases then you must open the activation homepage of the ACE Elite.

Step 2– Enter your card number and 3-digit CVC2 number, located on the back of your Card in the boxes below. Finally, click on “Continue” and your card will be activated soon.
