How to Login
Step 1- To login to ABNB Visa Platinum Credit Card account, the users will have to go to the ABNB Bank Login page (abnbfcu.org). Here, enter your ‘User ID’ and click ‘Log In’.
Forgotten Username/Password:
Step 1- If any cardholder has forgotten their ‘Password’, then they’ve to click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ in the login section.
Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘User ID’, ‘Name’, ‘Social Security Name’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Zip Code’, ‘Email Address’. Click ‘Submit’.
To Make a Payment:
Step 1- To pay the credit card bill the user will have to log into his ABNB Visa Platinum Credit Card online account following the steps described above. After logging to the online account the user will find options on how to make the payment. Or, if you prefer, you can pay at any branch, by phone, or by mail.
Step 2- Another option to pay the bill is that the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.
Activate:
Step 1- to activate a newly received credit card the user will have to first get enrolled. To do so, the user will have to go to this activation page go through the ‘Disclosure’ and click ‘I Agree‘ at the bottom of the page.
Step 2- On the next page, the user will have to enter their ‘Account Number’, ‘Name’, ‘Social Security Name’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Zip Code’, ‘Email Address’. Click ‘Submit’.
