How to Login
Step 1– Card owners who desire to sign into their online account should go to the login homepage (rs.mypreferredaccount.com) of the Ross-Simons. Once reach the web page you will find the login section below.
Step 2– Enter your User ID and Password in the blank spaces below and then press “Login”. If the credentials entered are correct you will be navigated to your account dashboard.
Forgot Password/ User ID
Step 1– Have you forgotten your Password or User Id? Then select the “Problems logging in?” link which is located at the bottom of the “Account Login In” section on the login homepage of the Ross. (For direct access to the account reset page, click here Link.)
Step 2– Next you will be directed to a new webpage. If you have forgotten your password check the “I don’t know my Password ” link, else check the “I don’t know my User ID”.

Step 4– To reset your user id enter the following details.

Make Payment
Step 1– If a cardholder wishes to pay his/ her credit card bills online then they should sign into their credit card account following the steps provided above. On the account dashboard, you will find the payments tab that will direct you through the procedure.
Step 2– The customer can also set an auto debit. This will allow the credit card company directly collect the bill from the bank without having to go through too much trouble.
